Refund policy

 Unfortunately, at this time we are only accepting exchanges. All returned merchandise will be in the form of a store credit. All store credits will be issued within 30 days of item being received back to us. Once your return has been processed, we will issue you a store credit via email or phone number. 
 

Damages and issues
Defective items must be reported within two days of delivery date and a picture of the items damage must be sent to info@saradoro.com and someone will assist you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items marked down are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We recommend shipping the package back with a tracking number; any lost packages are the customers responsibility.
