Shipping may take up to 20 business days towards all destinations. Our team provides a trucking number as soon as the goods are dispatched and will monitor the delivery process.
Saradoro is not responsible for extended shipping times and we are not obbligated to refund if shipping takes longer than 3-5 week time frame.
Orders can not be cancelled once placed, no exceptions.
Shipping times and costs are all calculated at checkout.

DISCLAIMER:
On our end, all we can do is ship out your item and provide a tracking number to track your package. If a package says delivered when you did not receive it or if a package says lost. This is a shipping carrier issue/mistake not ours. You would need to take your tracking number to a local post office and explain the issue and provide a tracking number for them to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note: all international orders may have a delay in shipping due to it being international. This may mean that even if you choose expedited shipping there is a chance of a delay due to natural causes or holidays.

CUSTOM DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE:
The shipping fee calculated at checkout is the amount we charge to ship out the actual package. International packages that are going through customs may need additional payments to go across the country. All international packages that require additional custom fees are the customers responsibility. We DO NOT refund for that. This is the shipping carrier fee and has nothing to do with us. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order do to a custom charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed off by the shipping carrier, therefore your order is not eligible for a refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
It's the costumer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. if the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods.
